Consigning with Shared Smiles Consignment is simple, organized, and totally worth it.

How This Works (No Guessing Required)

1. Fill Out the Application
First things first—you’ll need to complete a consignor application. This helps us keep sales running smoothly and makes sure we’re a good fit. (Because chaos is not our vibe.)

2. Get Approved
Once your application is approved, we’ll send you an email with all the good stuff and next steps. No approval = no tagging. Sorry, rules are rules 😉

3. Login & Tag Your Items
After approval, you’ll receive your consignor login information. This is where the magic happens:

  • Enter your items

  • Print tags

  • Track your inventory and sales

4. Welcome Kit Drop-Off
Because we don’t believe in “figure it out yourself,” you’ll receive a Shared Smiles Welcome Kit, delivered right to you. It includes:

  • The Consignor Handbook (aka the answers to all the questions)

  • Tagging basics

  • Everything you need to get started without the stress

If you do not have a consignor number and login for the tagging system, please fill out this FORM to request a consignor account.

Consignor #s and Colors

Shared Smiles will create your consignor account in the tagging system, assigning a special consignor number and color. When tagging your items, please highlight your consignor # with your assigned color.

Item requirements

Some sales may have item restrictions or requests for certain items based on the season and available space. Please review this information for each sale. Items will be inspected and scanned into sale inventory at each sale. Shared Smiles has the right to decline any items at any time.

VIP Tagging Service - Coming Soon

Don’t have time to tag your own items? Let us do it for you! Our VIP Tagging Service handles everything — you just drop off your clean, sorted items and we take care of the rest.

Between Sales

Consignors can enter inventory and tag items anytime between sales. Tagging cutoff and startup times will be provided with each sale. Items do not need to be “retagged” for each sale, unless changes need be made like pricing or discount option.

Premium Pickup Service - Coming Soon

No time to drop off your items? We’ll come to you! With our Pickup Service, we’ll pick up your clean, sorted, and tagged items right from your home.

We want everyone to have the chance to clear out, cash in, and be part of the fun. Let us know what you’re missing, and we’ll find a way to make it work. We can also work with you to get your tags printed and ready to go.

Good News! We’re Permanent!
Since we now have a permanent location (yay!), your items can stay in the store between sales. That means less hauling and more selling.

Here’s how it works:

  • Items can be added or picked up anytime between sales

  • Each item can remain for up to 3 sales

  • After 3 sales, unsold items must be:

    • Picked up by the consignor

    • Repriced

    • Or donated
